However, this is not how I want to have my home setup. ![]() ![]() I have my old router connected to my new router, and the receivers can get internet access fine through them. I unplug it from there, and plug in to my old router, and it works fine. This wired connection does not turn green like the rest. All is fine and works well, except for the ethernet connection to my Connected Home Adapter. I have my Netgear router up and running fine, with plenty of devices plugged in to it and wirelessly connected to it. All was working fine, until I tried to replace it with a Netgear WNDR3700v3. This is a pretty old router, so I decided to get a replacement for it. My router brand is LinkSys model WT54GV60. The Connected Home Adapter is plugged in to my router via a short ethernet cable. Bother are connected to the internet through my router via a Connected Home Adapter (DCA2SR0-01). I have a HR24-100 DVR receiver and a HR22-100 receiver.
